GOTS 140138 certification covers the entire process from raw material sourcing, spinning, weaving, dyeing, to finished fabric. Genetically modified cotton seeds, APEO-based auxiliaries, and optical brighteners are prohibited. All dyes are certified under OEKO-TEX Standard 100 Class I (Infant) safety standards (Report No. DE22-11234).

Using low-temperature enzymatic desizing followed by hydrogen peroxide bleaching to preserve the hollow structure of cotton fibers, ensuring moisture absorption and water retention capacity exceeds that of conventional cotton by over 15%. The circular knitting process supports a weight range of 200–420gsm gsm, with yarn counts from 21S to 40S, and offers custom blends of bamboo-cotton and Tencel.

Owned factory: Shaoxing Youji Knitting Co., Ltd. (Organic Knit), equipped with 12 German Stoll computerized jacquard circular knitting machines and 6 finishing lines.
